Join us for a day to slow down, reset and feel calmer while learning simple ways to support yourself in everyday life.
You might be wondering why we keep this group so small.
The answer is simple:
A crowded room is just another “tab” for your brain to manage.
A small circle allows for softness, steadiness and the kind of safety that lets your system breathe again.
In a group of ten, you’re not lost in the crowd —
you’re seen, supported and able to settle at your own pace.
