Warmth & Wellness – Event Terms & Conditions

These Event Terms & Conditions apply to all supper clubs, gatherings, workshops and in‑person events hosted by Warmth & Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a place, you agree to these terms.

These terms sit alongside our general Website Terms & Conditions. For anything relating specifically to events, the terms below take priority

1. Bookings & Payment

Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Please ensure all details you provide at checkout are accurate, including dietary information and contact details.

Bookings are for the named event only.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

All bookings are non‑refundable.

If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your place to a future date once your original seat has been filled by someone else.

We cannot guarantee that your place will be filled, and transfers are offered at our discretion.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

3. Transfers

If your place is successfully filled, we may offer you a transfer to another event date.

Transfers must be used within 12 months unless otherwise agreed.

Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without our prior agreement.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

All dishes are plant‑based.

Our kitchen is not allergen‑free, and we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen.

Please inform us of any allergies when booking. We will do our best within our limitations, but we may not be able to accommodate all needs.

By attending, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with consuming food prepared in a non‑allergen‑free environment.

5. Community Conduct

Our gatherings are intimate, gentle, and community‑focused.

We ask all guests to participate with kindness, respect, and consideration for others and for the space.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

6. Photography

Photography is minimal and discreet.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know on arrival and we will honour this wherever reasonably possible.

Images taken by us may be used for marketing unless you have opted out.

7. Wellbeing & Personal Responsibility

By attending, you accept responsibility for your own wellbeing during the event.

If you feel unwell before or during the event, please let us know and consider transferring your place in line with our transfer policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our negligence.

8. Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us

If we need to reschedule, your booking will be moved to the new date or another available date of your choice.

If we cancel an event and no alternative date is offered, you will receive a full refund.

We are not responsible for any additional costs such as travel or accommodation.

9. Events Outside Our Control

If an event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as illness, extreme weather or venue issues), we may reschedule or offer an alternative date.

We are not liable for delays or changes caused by such circumstances.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
