Every gathering is created with intention — warm food, soft lighting, meaningful conversation and simple seasonal rituals that help you breathe a little deeper.
You’ll be welcomed into a space where nothing is expected of you and everything is designed to help you feel grounded, nourished, and connected.
Warm, seasonal food and simple grounding rituals that help you soften, slow down and feel physically cared for.
Gentle conversation, shared stories and the company of women who understand what you’re carrying — without you needing to explain.
Quiet moments, reflection and space to breathe so you can return to yourself with more clarity, ease and self‑trust.
At Warmth & Wellness, we host two kinds of gatherings — our seasonal supper clubs and our creative ritual workshops.
Each one is designed to offer women a warm, welcoming space to pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves and each other.
Our supper clubs are warm, welcoming gatherings designed to help women slow down and reconnect — with themselves, with the season and with one another. Each evening is created with intention, weaving together nourishing plant‑based food, soft rituals and the kind of conversation that leaves you feeling lighter and deeply seen.
What the evening includes
A warm herbal tea on arrival
A gentle mindful‑eating moment
A seasonal plant‑based menu shared together
A community table for swapping meaningful items
A closing craft, ritual or themed conversation
Our workshops offer a gentle space to explore new skills, deepen your connection to the seasons and create something meaningful with your hands. Each gathering blends creativity, ritual and community — giving you time to slow down, express yourself and root more deeply into the rhythms of the year.
What you can expect
A warm, welcoming atmosphere
Guided creative or reflective practices
Seasonal themes woven through each workshop
Space to connect with like‑minded women
Time to pause, breathe and create with intention
We are located in Paignton, at the heart of the English Riviera in South Devon. Our gatherings are easy to reach from across Torbay - including Torquay, Brixham and the surrounding villages. Free parking, bus stops and train station are close by.
We host our workshops and supper clubs at
The Adelphi Tearoom on Hyde Road in Paignton —

It’s the perfect setting for slow evenings,
shared food and gentle community connection.
A place where women can settle in, exhale and feel at home.

Not at all. Many women come on their own and leave feeling like they’ve found their people. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
Each evening includes a warm welcome, a mindful moment to help you settle, a seasonal plant‑based meal, gentle conversation, a simple raffle, a community table and a soft closing ritual or craft. Everything is optional and always gentle.
All of our food is plant‑based, and we’re happy to accommodate dietary needs wherever we can. However, please note that we are not an allergy‑free kitchen, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of allergens.
Just yourself. If you’d like, you can bring something small for the community table — homemade items, books or something meaningful to pass on. A plastic container to take home leftovers as we always cook too much.
Anything comfortable. Our gatherings are relaxed, cosy and completely pressure‑free.
Absolutely. Our evenings are calm, guided and never overwhelming. You’re always welcome to join in as much or as little as feels right for you. Some activities — like drumming or more energising moments — can feel a bit much for some people, so please just let us know. You never have to take part in anything that makes you uncomfortable, and we’re always happy to offer a quieter alternative.
All bookings are non‑refundable due to the preparation, food planning and venue costs involved. If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to gift your ticket to someone else. Full details are outlined in our Events Terms & Conditions, which we encourage you to read before booking.
